By accessing our website and/or using our services (“Service”) you are agreeing to the terms and conditions stated herein, including our Privacy Policy, and any other governing legal notices, rules, policies, and procedures. We may modify these terms at any time. By accessing our website and/or using our services at any time after such modifications, you are agreeing to such modifications.
Your use of the Service is subject to all applicable laws and regulations. The Service is to be used only for lawful purposes.
The “Studio B Art Club Guarantee”
If within 14 days of beginning your Art Club Membership, you are not closer to saying, “Okay, I like it Picasso” we will offer you a full refund for your first month - no questions asked!
If you are unhappy after 14 days, you may cancel your membership at any time (see Cancellation section below).
No Sharing
We know sharing is caring! But in this instance your Studio B account and purchases must be used by you alone. You may not share your account, your login information, access to your Studio B enrollments, or any content contained on Studio B with anyone else.
If you are looking to create a Paint Party experience for you and your friends, we have the perfect solution for you. Check out our Paint Party option (coming soon) on the Studio B homepage. These are great for events that are 10 people and under.

No Copying - Intellectual Property Rights
To use the Service, you must agree to comply with the following:
- You will not upload, share, post, transmit, distribute, offer for sale, or otherwise make available any content or items that you do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships or that infringes on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, right of publicity, or other intellectual property right of any party.
- You will not upload, share, post, transmit, distribute, offer for sale, or otherwise make available any content or items in a manner that violates applicable law or our rules or policies.
- You may not frame, mirror, screen record, or otherwise simulate the appearance or function of the content of Studio B Services.
License
All right, title, and interest in and to Studio B’s Services, including our websites, our existing or future applications, our APIs, our class material, our original art, and databases are and will remain the exclusive property of Studio B. Our Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the United States and foreign countries. Nothing gives you the right to use the Studio B name or any of the Studio B trademarks, logos, domain names, and other distinctive brand features or intellectual property.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, noncommercial, and educational use, solely as expressly permitted by these Terms and subject to all the terms and conditions of these Terms and other Governing Documents, all applicable laws, and any additional terms contained on the Service. Any other use of the Services is strictly prohibited. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Studio B.
Subscription/Cancellation
Subscription:
Your subscription will continue and automatically renew on a monthly basis unless and until you cancel your subscription. When your subscription renews each month, we will automatically charge your payment method on file for the subscription fee, as well as any applicable tax, on the calendar day corresponding to the commencement of your membership.
You may cancel your Studio B Account/membership at any time for any reason, but if you cancel your membership before the end of the current subscription period, we will not refund any subscription fees already paid to us or charged to your payment method.
Cancellation:
You will have full access to manage your subscription status on your own. You may terminate your account at any time by following these steps:
- Log in to your Studio B Dashboard
- Go to your profile - the button should be located in the top right corner of the webpage
- Use the dropdown menu to find “Settings”
- Once in Settings you will be able to change your subscription status

If you cancel your Studio B account/membership, you will lose access to all classes you enrolled in during your Studio B Account/membership at the end of your billing period. If you choose to sign back up as a paying member, your billing date will reset to the day you paid.
We reserve the right to, at any time, without notice, modify, suspend, or terminate operation of or access to the Service, or any portion of the Service, for any reason.
Third-Party Terms
Our Service may integrate with third-party tools to provide certain features or functionality. By using our Service, you agree to be bound by the terms of service and privacy policies of these third-parties.
Price
Studio B may run time-limited promotions and sales, during which time the cost of our Services may be lower. Promotional or sale prices will typically be limited to a specified period of time (for example, one month for discounts on monthly subscriptions), or to specific users (for example, first-time purchasers). At the end of that period of time, your subscription will automatically renew at the then-applicable full price, unless you cancel prior to renewal by changing your settings on your account profile.
Studio B also reserves the right to change the terms of your subscription, including price, from time to time, effective as of the beginning of your next billing period following the date of the change.
Governing Law
By accessing our website and/or using our services (“Service”) you hereby agree to the terms and conditions stated herein. This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina without regard to the conflict of laws principles thereof.
